The Otterden Herd of Oxford, Sandy & Black Pigs

Oxfords are a Hardy, Traditional Rare Breed, with an excellant taste and the most wonderful crackling.
They are also a very nice pig to work with, they make good mothers, with excellant temperaments.
A few years ago, there were only approx 200 sows left, but they are recovering now, and there are now about 500.

We have 11 breeding Sows and 2 breeding Boars, a Clarence, and a young Jack coming along nicely.
The Girls blood lines are: 1 x Elsie, 2 x Iris's, 1 xClare, 1 Sybil ,
a Alison, a Lady and and 2 Mary's.
In the last 3 years we have started showing them at the local Shows, it is really good fun.
