We wanted a breed of cattle, that firstly had an excellent temperament, and also would produce good beef with plenty of marbling for our customers and the Farmers Market table.
We certainly found it with the Beef Shorthorn, they taste delicious, have excellant marbling, and are also very calm and easy to work with.
